Background:

Technically the middle child in a single-parent household, it's a wonder how Karin Kurosaki can be related to any of her family members. Aside from her fraternal twin, Yuzu, the girl seems to be the most sensible and logically grounded of the crazy group. Although pretty mature for her age, she still has a tendency to act like her brother, Ichigo. This comparison shows that Karin is 'the tomboy' in order to balance out her sister's 'girliness.' Her interests reflect the trait by revolving around sports such as soccer than household chores, the former taking much more practice, talent and skill. As useless around the house as she may be, she has shown some promise when it comes to running the clinic with her father, Isshin, and Yuzu. Aside from her usual presence at home, she attends her classes like any other ordinary student, participating in a daily routine of activities, socializing with friends and classmates. Said friends are also a part of her small soccer team, instantly making her the captain of the bunch.
